Manitoba Housing has opened their request for proposal for the Rental Housing Improvement Program [RHIP] 2013 to the public as of June 21, 2013.
Owners/Landlords of rental properties or rooming houses may be eligible for financial assistance to repair or restore their property to a minimum level of health and safety. RHIP funding assistance is a forgivable loan provided to landlords who meet the requirements of the criteria set out in the RHIP_RFP_2013_final.
