Over the past few years, the City of Dauphin has invested significantly in major projects within downtown Dauphin. In 2014, the new D-Town Extreme Sports Plaza and the redevelopment of Vermillion Park & Campground were completed. 2017 saw a complete upgrade to the CN Park.

Conditions of the sale:
- The purchaser must renovate the property to code for a use that is permitted in a Commercial Central (CC) Zone and acquire an Occupancy Permit within 24 months of possession OR,
- The purchaser must demolish the structure and rebuild something in its place that is permitted in a Commercial Central (CC) Zone and acquire an Occupancy Permit within 24 months of possession.
The City of Dauphin Zoning Bylaw 04/2015 (starting on page 50) lists permitted uses in a Commercial Central (CC) Zone. All conditions will be registered with The Property Registry.
All proposals must include bid price, proposed use, and timelines for the property.
